Dr. Arun K. Garg

Dr. Garg is an award-winning global physician who has served Fraser Health for over 40 years, holding a rare double doctorate — PhD and MD — alongside a Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. For 15 years, he has actively built healthier civil society, championing 'Cultural Precision' to lower diabetes among people of Indus heritage through empowerment and education rooted in Vedic-Yogic wisdom. Founder of the Canada India Network Society, he carries this work forward locally and in India, deeply honoring BKSP's vision of connecting heritage and health as one.

Dr. Ajay K. Garg

Dr. Garg is a founding pillar and esteemed President of BKSP, a respected figure within the Indian community of Metro Vancouver. A professor with 35+ years of academic & executive experience, he is the published author of 4 professional books, 40+ peer-reviewed research articles, Hindi literary work 'Pighalte Pal' and the theme song for Namaste Canada. An accomplished Hindi poet and scholar, he weaves verse and vision together — connecting the next generation of Indian immigrants to their roots through the joy of art, poetry and entertainment.

Sameer Garcha

Mr. Garcha serves as BKSP's Secretary and is one of its founding directors. A postgraduate in Marketing and International Business, he brings his acumen as Sales Director at a leading cosmetics packaging company to strengthen BKSP's business relationships and sponsorships. An open-minded go-getter, he lives by vasudhaiva kutumbakam — the world is one family — championing love, peace and togetherness.

Anil Singhal

Mr. Singhal serves as BKSP's Treasurer, bringing sound business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to the community's financial stewardship. Thoughtful and practical, he manages budgets, resources and reporting with transparency and care, building a strong financial foundation so BKSP's vibrant arts, literature and cultural initiatives can continue to thrive for generations to come.

Anupma Garg

Mrs. Garg serves as BKSP's Director of Social Media, holding an M.Phil in Library and Information Sciences. She shapes BKSP's digital voice, sharing the community's cultural moments with the world, while actively contributing to the planning and organization of BKSP's events. Her scholarly background and creative eye bring depth and polish to every BKSP event on stage as well as online.

Mrs. Garcha is a dance instructor and devoted lover of music who brings BKSP's stage to life, preparing performances and program set-ups for every event. A true team player, she believes in helping each member realize their fullest potential. Overseeing all cultural activities at BKSP gatherings, she keeps the community joyfully connected to Indian culture through the art of dance.

Mrs. Arora brings an exceptional, rare blend of precision and creativity to her role as BKSP Director. A Finance Manager at Arogill Auto Group and a professional makeup artist, she stands as a respected community leader active across several Indian communities in Metro Vancouver. She is proud to lend her multifaceted talents and community spirit to BKSP's shared mission.

Sachin Sharma

Mr. Sharma is a local Realtor who takes pride in helping families find their homes, and an equally devoted steward of BKSP's mission to celebrate Hindu culture and traditions. He has contributed to BKSP for over five years, including three years as a Director, bringing steady dedication and heart to every initiative he supports.

Mr. Sharma brings over 20 years of IT experience to BKSP, leading its digital and AI strategy. A proud Bhartiya, he joined the community to give back and reconnect with his roots — honouring the values he was raised with by helping preserve them for the next generation. Fusing technical excellence with a deep sense of cultural duty, he channels his skills to strengthen BKSP's digital presence to unite and inspire our global community.

Mrs. Videh holds an MBA and leads with purpose as a proud, culturally rooted Director at BKSP. She champions unapologetic cultural pride, inspiring others to connect with, celebrate and spread the timeless values of Hinduism. With vision, grace and unwavering devotion, she builds bridges between tradition and tomorrow, empowering the community to uplift its heritage.

Mrs. Gulati is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who brings the same compassion and dedication to her role as a BKSP Director. Holding deep respect for Indian heritage, she considers it a privilege to help preserve enriched culture, language, literature and patriotic values. She believes that staying connected to our roots abroad inspires future generations to carry them forward.
